1. What NeighborHub is
NeighborHub is a platform for neighborhoods to connect: members advertise skills and services, post needs, and coordinate cross-market requests with each other. We provide the platform; we are not a party to any agreement, service, or exchange that happens between members.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must verify your email before posting content or messaging other members.
3. Conduct
Don't post false, illegal, or harassing content. Don't use another person's identity or email address. Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, spam other members, or scrape the platform. Neighborhood admins may remove content or members, and we may suspend accounts, at our discretion.
4. Transactions between members
NeighborHub does not process payments, verify identities beyond email ownership, or guarantee the outcome of any exchange between members. Any payment, service, or item exchange you arrange with another member is solely between you and them, at your own risk. Use good judgment meeting people from listings.
5. Content
You retain ownership of what you post, but grant us a license to display it on the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms or is reported and found to violate them.
6. No warranty
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for interactions, disputes, or losses arising between members.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
